Hey all, my housemate is wanting to move out with his girlfriend so he’s leaving me behind.. This is why I'm in need of a new housemate or mates. The townhouse is located in Keilor Downs, which is a 5 minute drive to either Watergardens or Keilor Downs Plaza. Also a 5 minute drive to either Watergardens or Keilor Plains Station. So there’s one spot in the driveway which is beside the house and plenty of room on the street for a third car. It's a brand new townhouse which is about 2 years old, there are two bedrooms up for grabs! They easily fit a queen bed and bedside tables and also has built in robes. Also has an awesome outdoor area for the summer. The rent p/m as a collective is $1690, so ideally, I’d love to have 2 other housemates. Bills are also split equally.
