It is a few minutes away from public transport (bus) and shops (Woolworths, Watervale Shopping Centre, Caroline Springs Shopping Centre). The room can either be furnished or unfurnished depending on your preference. ALL BILLS ARE INCLUDED (electricity, water, gas, unlimited internet) . Parking is on the street. Minimum lease is 4 months. Two weeks bond will be required. I have a small dog who stays outdoors and only comes in when I let him in.
