There are two private rooms for renting. Seperate dinning room, big kitchen. The greatest thing is the perfect location, just one minute waliking to train station and all shops. Great location only 2 min walk from the train station and bus stops or a 20min drive to the city. The apartment is located at the back of the block so pretty quiet. It is a 2 bedroom apartment with a small balcony and plenty of street parking. Off street parking available pending you beat the other people to it haha. Water bill is included in rent but the electric bill is to be split in half every 3 months.
