You'll have access to a bathroom, very well-maintained and neat, used by two other people. The house is quite large and spacious and has two bedrooms (one of which is to be occupied by yourself) at the front and another at the back. There's also a front lounge and another one at the back (with a separate bathroom). Each lounge has its own television. So despite there being a maximum of six people in the house at any time, you essentially have your own lounge and bathroom. There's laundry space with a washing machine, attached within the back bathroom and a clothesline in the backyard. The kitchen has two refrigerators and is always kept neat and tidy. Other amenities include your typical internet and utilities, bills of which are included in the rent.
