The University of Newcastle is a 5 min drive away.) We’ve got a bedroom up for grabs at $105 per week (including internet). The bedroom has giant built in wardrobe and drawers, and can easily fit in a double or queen bed, with an amazing view overlooking Newcastle that's great to wake up to each morning. We evenly split electricity and water which is pretty affordable as we’re quite good with turning off switches. Our bathroom also has a separate bath to the shower so if you love Lush as much as us, its perfect. Despite our big backyard we aren’t allowed pets.👎🏻 But you’re more than welcome to play with the veggie patches. The kitchen is a good size - with plenty of bench and storage space. So 2 friends, my dog and I are about to move into a lovely house in New Lambton and we are searching for a 4th housemate to fill one of the rooms and add to what is already going to be a great house. The Place - The house is 3 mins drive and 6 mind cycle from the John Hunter Hospital. It is in a lovely leafy area and has a great old feel to it despite being very recently refurbished. From a great patio, great wooden countertop, victorian individually patterned tiled bathrooms and 3 lovely communal spaces you can't go wrong. Hamzah and myself are intent on filling it with plants and Regan will be setting up a good home network for movie nights and the like.
