Lovely house in Norwood, about 2km from the east end of the city. Great location just off the Parade. Close to shops, public transport and restaurants. This is not a party house, and it is important that it stays neat and easy to live in. Very tidy, clean house. Nice outdoor area with enough garden space for herbs and a large storage shed area for gear or tools. Second toilet outhouse seperate to the house. The neighbours are friendly, and the street is a dead end making it very safe. Parking permit is available for on street parking. It is possible to store a car up the driveway if you are away, but it is shared, therefore not for daily use to park in. Room has wooden floor boards, is cosy, has a window for fresh air and with enough space for a desk and furniture. The house is fully furnished currently, however flexible if you have furniture as well. Internet is already set up, unlimited. Kitchen has gas stove, and an older oven but works fine. The owner is nice and does an annual inspection. House is free now, I will have to meet you first and happy to answer questions and show you the house.

2 Large Rooms Close to Norwood and City Hello! We are 2 friendly young female professionals in our twenties looking for 2 people to join our home! We are quite social and often have cheeky week night drinks together and try to make it to quiz night semi-frequently. However, we also have reasonably busy schedules, and respect each other’s personal space and down time. We are environmentally and socially conscious, and are looking for someone like-minded to move in as our current fourth is relocating to Seaford for work. 2 large rooms are available, both over 17 square meters with built-in robe, share a bathroom. The house is fully furnished with dish washing machine, fridge, washing machine, microwave etc. and a large back yard. Walking distance to the supermarket, restaurants, bakery, takeaways, gym, pharmacy, and public transport. Private rear garden and large garage/shed. Car port. Minimum stay is 6 months. The bond is 4 week rent. No pets. Bills, including internet and a gardener are split evenly four ways, and generally work out to be less than 25 dollars per person per week. Flat mates: Eliza is a lawyer for the government. In her spare time, she is a musician, a yogi, and a fantastic teller of stories Kat is a youth worker, and is studying social work. She’s into hiking, mountain biking, and rock climbing.

There is a large common room and 3 bedrooms upstairs. There are 2 toilets and one shared bathroom as well. Bed and desk can be provided into room or you can bring your own things. We have 6 solar panels which reduce the electricity bill and we only pay excess water which we spilt between 4. We have an outdoor setting area which is great for entertaining.
Amazing location just off the Parade! House is in a quiet group of three. Good size bedroom. One large living area with massive couch and TV. Decent size backyard with bbq and outdoor setting. Fully furnished house (fridge, washing machine, dishwasher) apart from the available bedroom.
Room is $160 / week + bills $25 / week Flat rate covering elec, water, gas and internet. Looking for housemates who want to contribute to a functional and friendly share house. The house is very large with different spaces which can accommodate social activities as well as quiet times. There are outdoor spaces, fruit trees and even a chicken run so we may even have fresh eggs (if we get some more chickens). There is a second toilet next to the laundry. The bedroom available now is one without built-ins. They're all generous sized rooms. The plan that I've uploaded should give an idea of the layout of the house. The kitchen is substantial in size with reasonably modern appliances and will have a large table and chairs for dining. The bathroom is large and functional and freshly painted throughout.
I have been offered a job interstate so I am looking for someone to take my position in the house. I am flexible with my move out date/your move in date, but must be before April. THE BOND is $823 which is basically just to cover your first month of rent Rent is $190/week - (this is not inclusive of electricity and internet) Your room is labelled as “Bed 3” on the floor plan - it’s surprisingly spacious. I have a king single bed, a large dresser and a 3-door wardrobe in there and there’s still heaps of floor space. Perks of this property: . Close to city . Walking distance from The Parade (shops, cafes, entertainment) . Quiet location . Safe area . Plenty of street parking . Large shared bathroom with one other girl . Comfortable and spacious room . Two fridge/freezers so plenty of food space . Dishwasher and washing machine available . Sam, the landlord, is lovely The way rent works is that it is $190 per week x 52 (weeks in a year) / 12 ( months (in a year) = $823 per month to be paid on the 1st of every month. Hopefully that all makes sense.
Two stories double brick house with two kitchens, three bathrooms and central air con, the internet we have here is cable so it's relatively fast. The room that's being rented out has its own balcony, wardrobe, bedding and studying desk, all bills are shared which works out to be $40~50 per month per person. Right outside the house there's a H22 bus stop going straight to city through Grenfel Street (UniSA/Ade Uni East Campus) and Currie Street (UniSA West Campus), takes roughly 20 mins to get to the city. There is also bus stop within 5 mins walking distance which can take you straight to UniSA Magill Campus which the bus ride usually takes less than 10 minutes. Looking for non-smoking female Chinese tenants only, would like to keep the place tidy and clean at all times.
