There is also a pool and BBQ area. The garage is equipped with some basic gym equipment. Bus service to Campbelltown areas is a very short walk away for those who have no car. I have a no smoking policy at house but should you need to indulge then front of property on lawn or pool area might be considered. Downstairs has a lockable area for my use and for which I cannot provide access to tenants. The rest of downstairs area is ok. There Is a shared laundry and additional shower toilet downstairs as well.
