The location is great, it's a walk away from the rising sun, the kenzi pub and norwood parade. Also if you are interested in yoga, there is a yoga studio right across the street from us. The neighborhood is quiet even with the pub 3 minutes down the road from us and its pretty safe at night (there was a period of time when I get restless and walk around the neighborhood with my housemate in the middle of the night and we make it home safe and sound every night *not jinxing it*). And even though it is a quiet area, the neighbors don't mind a little bit of loud music from time to time, my housemate used to have parties until 2 to 3 in the morning and we did not receive any complaints. We don't party much anymore tho, got too busy for house parties.
The house is well presented with great lawn areas at the front an rear. The bedrooms are large and could also have room for your own desk. The area has a bus stop a few hundred metres away into town and is only around 6km from the CBD. There is free unlimited WiFi included together with separate TV (with STAN). We also have two Chocolate Burmese cats so I am sorry but cannot accept other pets.
