We are a couple in a big six bedroom house and are looking for a housemate (or two) to share the rent. Being such a large place, we are looking either for 2 individuals who want to take a room each (shared bathroom between yourselves with two toilets), or a couple. For individuals, each room is $275, or $500 for a couple. This can be negotiable upon viewing the place. The house is huge, six bedrooms, 3 1/2 bathrooms, two kitchens (up stairs and downstairs), two lounge rooms both fully decked out (again one up stairs and one downstairs) so there's plenty of space to entertain or just chill out. Hi Guys, Recently a room became available in our place as our mate moved state for work. As sad it was was for him to move on, we're keen to fill his spot with someone new. Firstly, the area it'self is pretty quiet, but also convenient with a few options in shops etc around the area. Transport is good, but if you have a car even better. (There is loads of off street parking). The house itself is quite nicely kitted out, appliances are modern as is the bathroom. Nice Garden area outside which currently has a pool in to get through the summer :> Living here currently is myself (Marc), and Luke. We both work in the city. (if you come inspect we can tell you more). As people, we're really easy going. I’ve been in this property for a few weeks, now and am really loving it! I’ve really taken the time to pick a great place to call home am quite happy I did.
