The room available is large enough to fit a queen size bed comfortably, and has direct balcony access. Apartment has 4 bedrooms (1 with ensuite) and you will be sharing a bathroom with 2 others. Other housemates are clean and considerate and are often away with work for extended periods. This apartment has a large balcony and outdoor lounge setting, also comes with BBQ and stunning harbour views. Broadband wireless internet, Foxtel, Apple TV, Netflix, and PS4 are all included in the rent. Landlord has also installed new blinds throughout the apartment. Electricity is divided by four people every 3 months (around $100 each), that is the ONLY bill. Building has direct access to the water with own jetty. The flat is in Gladesville and is located really close by to a number of bus stops on Victoria Road, but is still quiet and surrounded by garden! It's super easy to get to UTS and Macquarie Uni via public transport, as well as Glebe, the Inner West and the city. There's great opportunities for employment in the area as well in nearby shopping centres like Birkenhead Point, the Macquarie Centre or in the CBD. The (master) bedroom and the rest of the apartment is fully furnished, and nearly all the storage space in the house is located in the bedroom. We have shared laundry facilities but our own washing machine. We also have lots of little house plants to brighten up our little home! The internet bill is only $23 a month for 200 GB.

The flat has amazing water views from our balcony and a shared outdoor pool in a really pretty garden. The room available has a fairly large built in wardrobe with full length mirrors. We dont have a designated car space under the block, but there are vacant spaces out the front or then on the street. 5-10 walk to a main road if you need to catch the bus to the city. Last week, my boyfriend and I made the big move from Marrickville to Lane Cove (okay, it's not that big of a move). We have a room to rent in our new apartment. The person (or couple) who move in will have their own bathroom which has a bath. We just moved in last week and have just bought new furniture for the house. The apartment is a 5 minute walk to the bus stop that takes 15 minutes to get to Wynyard, also a very quick drive to city (there are non-toll ways to get to the city also). The apartment complex has a cafe which has just opened downstairs. There is a lap pool and small gym at the complex. Please note, our fridge is too big for the space so we are in the process of selling it and buying a new one. Hopefully that will happen soon and the living room will look better! We will also be buying two occasional chairs soon so there will be more seating in living area.

Hey there! We're looking for a new housemate to join us in our awesome three-bedroom apartment in Woolwich. The room is available starting Saturday 26 November 2016. Rent is a bargain for the area - only $247 a week per person. Bills are not included, and are shared equally three ways. The only bills we pay are electricity (quarterly) and WiFi (monthly). The room is a very decent size with plenty of natural light, and comes with a built-in closet. Please note that smoking is allowed outdoors only. Our place comes with off-street parking downstairs. Public transport is easy - the bus stop is right across the road. One bus runs to Gladesville, and the other runs right into the city. The ferry wharf is also very close by, and will take you to Circular Quay. Woolwich is a lovely little suburb right next to Hunters Hill, Lane Cove, and Drummoyne. We are only 10km from the Sydney CBD by car, and 20 minutes from the city by ferry. We live above a Thai restaurant (winning for all nights on which you are too lazy to cook), and we are only a couple of doors up from the Woolwich Pier Hotel (great for drinks on all days ending with a "Y"). Woolwich is a beautifully quiet area with wonderful water views and wonderful people. Summer here is particularly stunning, as our balcony provides a clear view over the Lane Cove River toward Chatswood and the city.
