I work full time in my job role with early morning starts on occasion. The unit includes its own internal laundry, as well as Foxtel in the lounge room area. There is also an antenna cable in your room for rent (which only has access to the free to air channels and you will need to provide your own TV for your bedroom as well if you wanted to use this connection). The only expense that needs to be shared will be the electricity cost (being halved) and for any pay for view items that you wish to use from the Foxtel box. The living area has a three seater, two seater lounge as well as a Freedom Lazy-Boy in the corner for quiet times if you like to read. The far corner has a dining table that can set six people (just needs to be pulled away from the wall when in use) and also has my corner office in the corner of the room (out of view from the lounge room).
