The room is a decent size, unfurnished, has a built in wardrobe with mirror doors and a ceiling fan. The bathroom is the main bathroom so would only be used by yourself and any visitors. The house is in a good location with Coles and lots of food outlets only a 3 minute drive away. If you don't drive there are bus stops within a 10 minute walk and shops within a 20 minute walk.
