I have a room available in the house that I own and I'm looking for another person that would not mind sharing with me, my 2 dogs and 2 cats. I work full-time in the Brisbane CBD and will normally come home and watch a bit of TV while having dinner then head off to bed. Weekends I usually go out cycling or taking the dogs out walking on the weekends. If you're up to joining me on a ride or for walks to the park with the dogs that is would be a plus. The room has a double power point and TV Antenna. Unfortunately the room is unfurnished. The house has a reverse cycle air conditioner, gas cooking and gas hot water. Rent includes electricity, water, cable internet (normal usage) and use of the lounge room Foxtel connection (HD Platinum). Internet access in the room would be using the 5Ghz or 2.4Ghz networks or via an Ethernet over Power adaptor. All areas of the house and yard are fully accessible to be used. Not included in the rent would be a Foxtel connection in the bedroom (install and monthly change will apply). Undercover parking for is available and property has outdoor video surveillance and is fully insured and the dogs will also let you know if someone is coming into the yard. This is a house I've just purchased and looking forward to having someone join myself and my Partner. It's fairly well set up, air-conditioned ceiling fans etc. We have all the latest electronics as well as Netflix, Amazon & Stan. The house is close to Griffith Uni Logan Campus, Logan Hospital, local shops and great parks. It is also within walking distance of the express train station at Loganlea. The living areas are quite large, and for an extra fee there is a garage space available in the double lockup garage if you are interested. We plan to get a new puppy (which will live outside only) in the next few months so if you're not a dog lover maybe we're not for you.
