I have a room available in the house that I own and I'm looking for another person that would not mind sharing with me, my 2 dogs (indoor/outdoor) and 2 cats (indoor). I work full-time in the Brisbane CBD and will normally come home and watch a bit of TV (Game of Thrones, Marvel, DC, Crime, Drama, Docos) while having dinner. Friday's I might pop down stairs and listen to some music and enjoy a couple of drinks while playing with the dogs. Weekends I usually go out cycling or taking the dogs out walking on the weekends. If you're up to joining me on a ride or for walks to the park with the dogs that is would be a plus. The room has a double power point and TV Antenna. There is a freestanding wardrobe with hanging room and shelving in the room also and there is a spare desk that can you can have in the room also. The house has a reverse cycle air conditioner, gas cooking and gas hot water. Rent includes electricity, water, cable internet (normal usage) and use of the lounge room Foxtel connection (HD Platinum). Internet access in the room would be using the 5Ghz or 2.4Ghz networks or via an Ethernet over Power adaptor. All areas of the house and yard are fully accessible to be used. Not included in the rent would be a Foxtel connection in the bedroom (install and monthly change will apply). Undercover parking for is available and property has outdoor video surveillance and is fully insured and the dogs will also let you know if someone is coming into the yard.
