The house is in the perfect location, on a very quiet street that doesn't get any through traffic, while being 2 minutes walk to Prahran train station (the train to Flinders St station takes only 8 minutes), 5 minutes to the 72 and 6 trams, 10 minutes to Prahran market, Woolworths, Coles etc, and 5-10 minutes to Chapel St with it's countless bars, restaurants, cafes, gyms, etc. Internet is included in the rent however all other bills (Electricity, gas and water) are split evenly between the tenants. There is no parking on the title however parking permits are available for the street and it's usually no trouble to find a park.
