Great location, easy access to public transport which is pretty much a 10 - 15 min bus ride to the city!! Great outdoor area, air-conditioning/heating. Waiting for internet but once its installed its unlimited! The room available is very big, a queen sized bed can be supplied or unfurnished. I would like to find a person who participates in the running of my home, this includes cleaning and gardening. (The gardening and lawns are done professionally every 3 weeks) but it needs watering and leaves picked up ect in between.
