The house is a bit 70's here and there but very spacious with open plan living. We have a decent sized backyard where Lou grows her veggies and keeps my plant alive. We also have a sliver of an ocean view and large double garage downstairs for storage. The room itself comfortably fits a double bed and has a built in wardrobe and ceiling fan. You'll be sharing a very spacious bathroom with Lou. Internet is not included ($23/month) but bills are relatively cheap :)

Well maintained large rear yard and well kept gardens . Internet and foxtel are included, Ducted air con and heating and plenty of storage space if needed. Fox tel in lounge and dining rooms. If you would like a Foxtel box in your room I will have to charge extra for it . Outside has a nice garden with a pergola , a nice place to chill out . It’s a 10 minute walk from the train station, a 5 minute walk to the shops and it’s nice, quiet and tucked away as it’s the second house back from the road. Someone is currently in the room but moving out meaning the room will be empty but has a built in wardrobe!
My current housemate is off to explore Europe in February, so there is a room or maybe 2 up for grabs! There are 3 bedrooms , a nice modern kitchen, large lounge and dining area, laundry, a beautiful deck with seaviews. There is a older style but clean bathroom either for sole for use or with only 1 more tenant, as I have an ensuite. The room itself is medium sized (2.64 x 3.6) with a 2-sliding door inbuilt wardrobe. It can be furnished or unfurnished at this stage. The other bedroom that could potentially also be available is maybe marginally smaller, also with a built in. The house has ducted zoned climate control too, no need to be cold in winter! It is located almost at the top of Seaview Downs, with a Reserve at the end of the street and really close to O'Halloran Recreation area. Trails for hiking, running and mountainbiking. There is a bus stop less than 500m away on Morphett Rd, and the bus takes you in 7mins to Marion Interchange. Parking is available for 1 car off-street. The views up here are amazing! You MUST be a dog person :) I have a dog that has the run of the house and is fairly spoiled. She's shy at first but then loves any attention and cuddles. She's also a pretty good running buddy when it's not too hot. She will sleep on your bed if you let her. I work in the city, mon-fri. I get up quite early, walk the dog and leave the house before 7:30h as I cycle to work in the CBD. It's a steep hill to come back up at the end of the day! Preference would be for someone who works different hours, so the dog has more company :) Looking for someone friendly, respectful and tidy. Common interests would be a bonus! Someone who also also shares a few general house duties, simple things like putting the bins out or help tidying the garden (it is a decent garden so it does require a little bit of work). This should be somewhat shared responsibilities. I am undecided at this stage whether to rent out 1 or both rooms, it would depend on the people interested. I'd also be open to offer reduced rent for someone who's willing to maybe walk the dog once a week and do a little more around the garden for example. The advertised rent is if I rent 1 room out only. If I rent both, rent would be a bit lower. Definitely not a party house, and no smokers please. Unlimited internet and water supply would be included in rent, with water usage and electricity shared. There are solar panels as well, which keeps summer bills really low (had a small credit this last month!). Plus free grapefruits, lemons, limes and a few Blood Oranges :) - as long as you help looking after them. Oh and a newly identified nectarine or peacherine tree! One bedroom could be available from 10Dec for the right person(s), the other at the end of January.
