Our home is arguably second to none in beauty, provision and comfort, and would easily be in the top of any list! ~The Island Spirit room~ is a uniquely beautiful room where the unique murals make you feel serene and at peace and are uniquely funky and arty. This awesome couple's room comes with a huge double mirror door wardrobe, queen bed and amenity desk, chair and table should you want it! All photos are of the actual home and room. The "The Island Spirit room" is $320 for a single. $375-$400 for a couple. The price is negotiable pending aside from the person the time of stay. Amazing deal for the right person/people for what the home offers. ~ALL INCLUSIVE~ The rent covers all bills, utilities, levies and usage of abundance of equipment and amenities. The home is very spacious and completely furnished and equipped. 2 large luxurious living spaces: an awesome living room and a natural sanctuary backyard, 2 toilets, 2 showers, a bath and an awesome Art modified breezy balcony. The rooms can be flexible in furnishing as preferred. (Still with us? ... good ;) then you'll really like the rest) The people are most crucial to a happy home. I have always chosen wisely and patiently. We have continued to have amazing group of people here. I am looking for people who while being easy going are considerate, respectful and self-sufficient. Most housemates tend to love the place and stay indefinitely until their next phase of life when they must move on. We have become and mostly stayed friends. We have come to treat each other as one of the Musketeers of the Arthouse. We don't however live in each other’s pockets by any means. We are a collective of many varying interests, jobs and pursuits in life. We currently hold a few artists, a game designer, a male nurse, a female professional athlete, a teacher, a hairdresser, a welder as some of the things we do collectively. More importantly, we are open minded considerate kind beings who are great to live among. Though we are definitely not a party house, we are for having fun and enjoying our time in a chilled atmosphere. All of us appreciate each others company and also equally value and respect each other’s space and privacy. I myself had spent most of my adult life running children services, community programs, and a Charity of Australia, even winning the 'Pride of Australia' medal. Now as part of my next phase of life I am happy seeing good people enjoying a home we built. I have my own space and home in the property and do not share in your household. You have the whole home to use. However I'm conveniently around to fix things when they need to keep the home sailing along smoothly :) The uniquely applied knowledge of voluntary caring environment to considerate understanding people allows for the place to be conflict free and most enjoyable for all who are and have stayed in this beautiful home. We also do not suffer any of the cliché shared house problems. We have found the ideal number of people and maintain it below it though the large home could fit more people. The home is in a hideaway, uniquely quite, tranquil area of Maroubra; still within foot steps of everything. Tranquility is also the motive behind the backyard project that has progressed into a nice greenhouse sanctuary where you can sit back under cover at any time and do your choosing while listening to the birds and nature, music or have a BBQ! There is an undercover open Gym to be setup as the next phase of the backyard. The house is in its parts and as a whole very spacious, inspiring and while being most conveniently modern, very homely. The kitchen and bathrooms will be regularly cleaned, maintained and supplied with all necessary amenities. There is Platinum Foxtel connected to the large main living room/ dining with 4K LED tv with surround system in the lounging area and unlimited internet available through fastest Hub / Netgear WIfi 5Hz booster router in the market. The home is completely weather proved with a full home ducted and individual AIRCON systems, An awesome BBQ in the under cover backyard, and a very cool balcony literally and metaphorically. ALL INCLUDED IN RENT!: UTILITIES/BILLS included. While the house is completely fitted and equipped with desirable gear (Smeg!) to make it very luxurious to enjoy, it is that the daily cleaning, dish washing, toilet papers etc are all provided for that makes it more awesome! ALL INCLUSIVE in the rent amount. In your budget you would only be spending on food and personal items other than rent! No household expenses but still all the benefits of a full home! The house is few metres from the bus stop and down the street from Maroubra Junction: within metres of amazing Hefron Park with everything relating to training and sports, Aquatics centre, Cafes and Restaurants, Eastgardens shopping centre, Pacific square, minutes from the Beaches, NSW uni and city. Hi folks, currently we've got our master bedroom available, perfectly located between Maroubra Beach and Maroubra JN. The room is sun flooded and has a stunning view. The room comes with a big wardrobe but no other furniture. The rest of the house is fully equipped (dishwasher, dryer, laundry machine, awesome tv) A massive garden and terrace with ocean view belong to the house and it´s just a 7 min walk to the beach, and 2 min walk to the bus stop. Parking is no issue here as the street is not busy and we do have one private paking available. Maroubra JN is in walking distance or easy to get to with the bus 395, 396 and 397. To Eastgardens , Randwick or Bondi its the 317. The house is located on a a one-way road and quiet and safe neighbourhood. The bills are paid quarterly and it comes down to about $15 p/w per person.

I have a pretty fully furnished apartment, you'll be sharing with only me. There is a lovely comfy sofa and beautiful sun-drenched balcony overlooking the street below. Right across the street is Arthur's Pizza, the Bay Hotel and all the cafes at Maroubra Beach. About a 2 minute walk are all the buses taking you to the City or Bondi There is a tv, in the living room, and you can use my Netflix. You also have FREE Unlimited WiFi. There is a washing machine but no dryer. I also do all the cleaning every week (everything except your own things)!
