Our beautiful ~Arthouse~ has a large (double/couple's) room available: the 'Tree of lives' rooms. A spacious large traditional double brick solid home with a modern luxurious interior with everything provided and maintained like a motel but feels like your own home. The house is covered inspiring art pieces, influences and modifications by the in-house Artist. The home has everything you could want in a house made much more by the wonderful people in it. All rooms feature sealed unique art works, providing all the beauty and none of the worries. Our home is arguably second to none in beauty, provision and comfort, and would easily be in the top of any list! This is the last room available after rooms had become available following the 457 visa changes that had our longterm housemates having to go. The ~Tree of lives~ room is a very accommodating couple's room ideal for a long term couple or a single who prefers space and and the huge wardrobe. The room also comes with a Super King size bed ready to sleep in, a very large table unit that can serve multitude of purpose by design and a Huge double mirror door wardrobe that takes all you got leaving the room all to yourself. All photos are of the actual home. The "Tree of lives" room is $400 for a couple and $330 for a single. The price can be negotiated for the right person/s. ~ALL INCLUSIVE~ The rent covers all bills, utilities, levies and usage of abundance of equipment and amenities. The home is very spacious and completely furnished and equipped. 2 large luxurious living spaces: an awesome living room and a natural sanctuary backyard, 2 toilets, 2 showers, a bath and an awesome Art modified breezy balcony. However I'm conveniently around to fix things when they need to keep the home sailing along smoothly :) The uniquely applied knowledge of voluntary caring environment to considerate understanding people allows for the place to be most enjoyable for all who are and have stayed in this beautiful home. We also do not suffer any of the cliché shared house problems. We have found the ideal number of people and maintain it as max though the large home could fit more people. The home is in a hideaway, uniquely quite, tranquil area of Maroubra; still within foot steps of everything. Tranquillity is also the motive behind the backyard project that has progressed into a nice greenhouse sanctuary where you can sit back under cover at any time and do your choosing while listening to the birds and nature, music or have a BBQ! There is an undercover open Gym to be setup as the next phase of the backyard. The house is in its parts and as a whole very spacious, inspiring and while being most conveniently modern, very homely. The kitchen and bathrooms will be regularly cleaned, maintained and supplied with all necessary amenities. There is Platinum Foxtel connected to the large main living room/ dining with 4K LED tv with surround system in the lounging area and unlimited internet available through fastest Hub / Netgear WIfi 5Hz booster router in the market. The home is completely weather proved with a full home AIRCON system, An awesome BBQ in the under cover backyard, and a very cool balcony literally and metaphorically. Hey, Cute little apartment on Maroubra road just 10 min walk from the beach, 5 min walk or 2 min bus ride to Maroubra junction. Bus stop right out front that goes into the city (20 mins). My housemate is sadly moving out, so her sunny spacious room needs someone to live in it. Medium-sized room in bright and sunny apartment about 2 minutes from Maroubra Beach (cafes and public transport just around the corner). The apartment has a nice beachy and homely feel, and it has a small balcony where you can watch the sunset from in summer. The room is bright and currently has a double bed in it (will fit additional furniture). It also has a built-in wardrobe. I'm in my 30s (female), love the outdoors, travelling, and I'm usually quite busy. I am very house proud, like to keep the place clean and tidy and expect the same from my housemate. I love the beach, the community feel around here and have lived in the area for almost 8 years. I am looking for a housemate to move in on September Saturday 23rd (flexiable with dates between Saturday 23rd September October 7th is manageable) for a 6 month minimum stay, with the ability and ideally to stay on for another 6 months after that if both parties are happy. Best suited to a surfer, or outdoors person who loves the beach. The Bedroom is large and sun drenched (photo taken at 8am so doesn't seem it in image!), with large built in mirror wardrobes and is furnished with a bed and desk.
