I am looking for a friendly, respectful, clean and tidy lady, not for someone who wants to party at the location. Strictly no smoking.

I am retired and I am looking for a flatmate who is easy going, social, clean, tidy.
The room is fully furnished so you can move in with your clothes and start enjoying life. I live 5-10 mins away from UNSW and Prince of Wales hospital (by bus) so its ideal for students, nurses or medical researchers. You can reach to the beach or major shopping center (Pacific square, Eastgarden, Randwick) easily.
