About the flatmates
I’m Olivia, 31 years old. Currently studying herbal medicine part time (final year). My work schedule is consistent but slightly varies with days/times as juggling a few casual jobs around study.
I am pretty busy these days, and often will be completing classwork on my days off as well as catching up with friends, fire training and trying to find some down time amongst the busy-ness! I live a fairly active lifestyle, training at the gym regularly, running and I also do fire dancing. I occasionally like to go out but I am not heavy on the partying and like to live a balanced lifestyle. I travel to my hometown Newcastle for a few days every 1-2 months to see friends/family.
A relaxed, friendly household is perfect. I am happy to be social and also in my own space doing my own thing, there is never any pressure to be best mates. I allow household connections to form organically.
I am happy to live with anyone, but my age preference is 25+.

Respect and common sense with cleaning/household chores around our varying schedules.
I am a pretty chill and quieter person, social in many ways but I have a limit. I will not tolerate constant excessive noise, lack of attention to cleanliness and I need good communication and common sense regarding guests as this is a small apartment.
