This is a light filled two storey apartment right next to Arlington light rail. The first floor contains a gas kitchen (with dishwasher, yay!), living/dining with A/C and a balcony, which looks out to leafy green trees. The second floor has 2 large bedrooms, a big bathroom (seperate bath and shower) and a large laundry. The complex is secure with visitor parking and a pool. There is loads of on street parking as well. NBN is available and works a treat, however someone will need to get this connected when I move out as I am taking it with me to my new residence. The bedroom on offer is a large bedroom with built-ins. As you can see, it fits my queen bed, desk, chest of drawers and a bedside table without taking up all the floorspace. There is also room in the common area if you want to bring a couch, TV, bookshelf and/or dining set. This is a long term agreement to stay until at least November.
