You can use the kitchen area to make a nice dish. You will be allocated a shelf or two in the fridge and freezer as well as the cupboards. You can use all the utensils for cooking in the kitchen and are welcome to have a look at the books and magazines in the bookshelves. You will have access to the entire apartment except for my room and the other bedroom. The house is extremely spacious inside with a huge living area downstairs, a large eat-in kitchen that leads onto a leafy outside double deck. There is also a separate laundry and second toilet downstairs. The available room is (5.2 x 2.7) large enough for a queen or king sized bed with plenty of room to move! It can be furnished with a double bed, stylish clothes hanger and a chest of drawers if needed. There is plenty of light, and as it is down the side of the house, it is long, rather than wide. You will be sharing the house with two single professionals, who both really enjoy living in this home and would like to live with somebody who will respect and enjoy the lovely space too. We both lead busy lives and are looking for a third house mate who is independent and mature but who would also be happy to sit and have a good chat and the occasional meal together.
