A modern spacious high quality home in a great location. There are 4 rooms, all with own bathroom and Air Conditioning system. By far the best thing about the house is its location. Our street is right off Addison Rd which paves the way to many awesome coffee and brunch spots, is directly across from Marrickville Markets, a 5 minute walk to the Vic on the Park, and a 10 minute walk to Marrickville Metro, 10 minute walk to the heart of Enmore and about 15 minute walk for Newtown. You can pretty much walk most places! In terms of transport, the closest train station is Stanmore which is a ten minute train ride straight into the city. There are also great bus connections leaving from Addison Road to wherever you want. If you have a car, street parking is never an issue around the house. The property itself has lots of character and the kitchen and bathrooms being recently renovated. The lounge room and dining room are separate but both quite generous in size. We also have a great size yard for entertaining and plenty of space for a veggie patch if thats your thing! The bedroom on offer is a great size and can fit a double / queen size bed comfortably. Whilst it doesn't have a build in wardrobe, we have a spare cupboard + a hanging rack for you to use if need be plus there is room for more storage if you need. The house itself is furnished but the bedroom is not however if you do have any furniture for the house that would be great!

The flat is in a great location: 20 mins train into the CBD 15 mins drive from the airport 3 mins walk from Marrickville station 8 mins walk from woolworths and BWS Countless vietnamese and Greek resturants in Marrickville high street which is a 5 mins walk away. Free parking outside on the street aswell. The rent is $600 a week with an additional $150 for bills for the month and would want a deposit of two weeks rent in advance to secure the flat which we would return the day we get back in the country.
