We are happy to install a retractable curtain rod to close up the room for more privacy. 2 mins walk from Dulwich Hill Station and 5 mins to the light rail! The room we are renting out is the lounge room (living room) with plenty of natural sunlight and a little balcony. It is very spacious and could comfortably fit a queen bed, wardrobe and desk. We are flexible with furnishings. In the space we currently have a TV, table and a clean and very comfy corner-couch which converts to a bed (pictured). It's not perfect, as one half of the couch is shorter (pictured), but you can stack up the couch cushions to make up the length easily. We can get rid of all or some of the furniture (up to you!). The place is newly refurbished, with a new kitchen, dishwasher, bathroom and fresh carpet. The kitchen is already stocked up with everything you need, including a small dining area with seats for 6 people, and we have our own laundry! Rent includes water and very fast unlimited wifi. Electricity is split between all of us. Having guests over is fine as long as the bathroom and kitchen are kept in order. We are pretty chilled.
