The house itself is pretty modern and has been recently renovated, so everything is fairly new. All of the common areas are furnished and we have timber floors throughout most of the house and air conditioning in the lounge room. The bedrooms are quite spacious with high ceilings, ceiling fans and fairly thick blinds. We have a decent sized backyard with small patch of grass and relatively small gardens so maintenance is minimal, though we have a few pot plants to add some colour. Unfortunately though, we aren't allowed pets. We are nestled in a quiet corner of Mayfield, close to the city and the local shops.
