It is so convenient for getting to the city, or alternatively the hills or even the beach is not that far away. There are four bedrooms in the house. Two have permanent occupants (female and a couple) The kitchen is fully equipped. A gardener will mow the lawn and do some garden clean-ups periodically, but house-cleaning needs to be organised on a roster or else the occupants can agree to share the cost of a cleaner. Two cats come with the property and although cat food is supplied, occupants are asked to feed them and to give an occasional cuddle. There is also a blue-tongue lizard who visits the back deck so a water bowl is left topped up. He/she eats some cat biscuits occasionally, but also likes a couple of bits of banana. The house is air-conditioned and heated, and wifi is available. There is plenty of room inside the house for people to have their own space, and the back deck is available for al fresco dining. Evandale is a quiet suburb, and is close to the city and the Norwood Cafe Strip. Buses are close by, or the city is bike-riding distance. Contact me for a chat if you have specific questions. The utilities expenses cover electricity, gas, water and internet. They equate to $30 per week. It is easiest for calculating individual share of costs if this is paid weekly. I have two rooms available for lease in a townhouse on Church Avenue, Norwood. This is a beautiful area in a quiet street, on the fringe of the city just a few minutes walk from The Parade. It is a three bedroom, three storey, 2.5 bathroom place; with a capacity for four tenants. The smaller room will be available for rent mid April, and the larger room will be ready for early June. I will have to meet any potential room mates beforehand, so unfortunately an overseas applicant can not be considered. There is readily available, free on-street parking; and carport with a two car capacity if desired.
