The room available is a generous size, with large built in robes, split system aircon/heating and your own ensuite. It will be unfurnished. The apartment is split over three levels, with a beautiful open plan kitchen and living area which opens on to a balcony. There is a laundry and separate powder room on the main level. There is a car park you are welcome to use (although it's a little tricky to get in and out of) as well as a separate storage area. The apartment is right near McKinnon train station and on the shopping strip. There is all day street parking available close by. The shared areas of the house are mainly furnished. I love it here. It is a happy, peaceful and tidy area. There is a fan and ducted a/c. This LARGE $100.00 room has a furnished double bed and a share desk and does not have another bed, but a sliding door to the corridor with another to the back porch. Very convenient! I am looking to rent this to a respectful (paying rent and bills on time),tidy person who cleans up after them selves, and prepared to go in the roster of for a monthly cleaning the house. Offering a single bed in a spacious bedroom, shared with one other person. Room comes with the bed, your own wardrobe, a mini fridge and a large table. The bed comes with a mattress and linens can also be provided by the landlord. The room also has a great heater that runs fine. The house is quite large with five rooms, two of which are typically for couples. The kitchen is more or less fully equipped, with a microwave, stove-top, oven, and plenty of space to store groceries. There's also a standing freezer and fridge. There isn't a conventional living room, but we've fashioned the outhouse into one, and it has a large TV, couches, and a table. All bills (Wifi, water, electricity) are included in the rent paid on a fortnightly basis to the landlord. Till date, we've had no real problems with utilities. House also comes with a washing machine, but no dryer. We also have a massive backyard and loads of garage space.
