The house is brand new and has a great location. Bus stops and train station is close by and there is a park, gym and grocery store walking distance from the house. The room has a private balcony, and another shared balcony. There are 2.5 bathrooms, one is attached to one of the bedrooms, the other one is shared. The shared bathroom has a shower as well as a jacuzzi.
Our house is open and spacious, with huge windows and lots of natural light, and one of your housemates has a flare for interior design so it really feels like a home. It's fully furnished with couches, a TV, dining room table and chairs, kitchen appliances, washing machine, dryer and even a coffee machine, and depending on your preferences I can potentially also offer the room furnished with a double bed frame, bedside table and desk. We also have central heating AND air conditioning which has been great on hot summer days! There is one bedroom available in our house which is located in Carnegie. The house is in a great location which is close to multiple restaurants, cafes and Shops. It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house which is very well maintained and spacious. The room is medium size with a built in wardrobe. The rest of the house is fully furnished so all you need is your bedroom furniture. You'll be living with two girls, both early 20's and working full time. We love to hang out but also enjoy our own time as well. We are both very laid back and wanting someone we can become good friends with. Bond is one months rent which needs to be paid when moving in.
