The room is a converted living room- the biggest room in the house, with its own door leading out to the garden courtyard. We have two living rooms, one upstairs and one down, with a TV, Wii (for Mario Kart), guitar hero etc. Your room is downstairs, and can come with furnishings- a big wraparound desk, a queen sized bed, a sofa, and a wardrobe. We have two car spaces (that you may have to fight over) and one in a rear drive way. There's also on-street parking. Bus straight to Monash, Chadstone or Elsternwick, less than a minute away. Station is about a four minute walk. OH- and we have a gorgeous lil rescue Border Collie called Buster who you must love. :)
