The open planned apartment is in great condition with a large kitchen and living area. It’s location is what makes me love it the most, 5-10min walk from; train station, great local bar with beer garden, Aldi, coles, green grocers, shops and restaurants. Considering being right in the middle of bentleigh the apartment is well built so very quiet. It has aircon/heating split system, but not in bedrooms. Parking is not at all a problem, I’ll take you through the ropes when you come check it out. Laundry is in bathroom. Also a laundromat downstairs. Small shared balcony. The bedroom is not furnished but the rest of the place is almost fully furnished, I can find more or you can bring your own stuff if you have it.
