Hello! This is a very nice and well maintained furnished home. It is very spacious with tall ceilings and a decent back and front yard. It has two bedrooms and a split bathroom (toilet separate to shower), the kitchen is sizeable yet cosy and the stove and oven are relatively new and work perfectly. The dining room is great for hosting friends over for dinner and the lounge room has AC and a heater to enjoy some downtime after a long day. Between the kitchen and the backyard there is a sun room with a laundry room and the toilet. It is located just a 10 minute walk to Ormond station through well lit streets and it is a very quiet neighbourhood all around. There's bus stops all around as well which because I drive I'm not familiar with their route but I know they go to the beach, Chadstone and Carnegie. Ormond is a great area with a bit of everything from the local pub to restaurants from all around and it's only a 5 minute drive up the road from Brighton beach. Last but not least the house has an undercover garage with a big storage space as well.

The house has 4 bedrooms, 3 will be occupied (when you move in) and the fourth will be kept for a spare room. We like to keep the house clean and tidy so we find that a basic cleaning roster is the fairest way to keep to this. The available bedroom is medium to large in size with high ceilings and two windows for natural light. The room comes unfurnished so ideally you would have a bed and furniture to make this room your own :) We also share the house with the lovely Lucy... a calm, loving and friendly dog thats always happy to see you when you get home, so would be required that you are comfortable and happy with a dog in the house.
