You are walking distance to MCG, Rod Laver Arena, Botanic Gardens and a short tram or train ride into the city. The townhouse itself is very spacious and set over 3 levels. Bedrooms all on top floor separated from living space. Timber flooring throughout. The place is private and good for entertaining. We have a large 70 inch TV, 2 fridges, and all kitchen equipment is supplied by me already (although you're welcome to add your own stuff). All furniture is supplied apart from bedroom and a couch for the living room. Current housemate owns the couch and is moving out so we would need to sort this out.
