Newman st is a lovely 2 bedroom cottage that's super close to everything!! The area is quiet and leafy. Tram and trains are 5 min walk. It's a 10 minute walk to Goodwood Rd (and great coffee). We're surrounded by parks. The pool is 5 minutes away. There are bike paths at the end of the street that head to the beach and city. Also Wayville farmers market is a 10 minute walk. The house has been newly carpeted. The room comes with a very good A/C unit and a nice street facing window. There's also A/C in the living area so temperature control is easy all year round :) The rest of the house is set up with fridge, washing machine etc so you'll only need things for the room.
