Bills are usually cheap with electricity usually $150 each a quarter and we only pay connection for water which is minimal. Minimum stay 1 year - female only. This is a two bedroom unit. Located in Unley Park, great place if you love getting out for a walk. This house has a decent size living space , air-conditioning and a kitchen with a grill and oven. For those we a green thumb, we have a large garden surrounding the place however, this is maintained by the owners of the property (if you aren't into gardening). The bedroom is unfurnished (i don't own the place so cannot provide furniture) however, has a built in wardrobe and a big window. Room is reasonable size and would easily fit a queen bed and desk. Photos don't do this place justice, the area is super quiet and relaxing.

Hello! I have a room to rent in a nice two-level unit which is available immediately. The unit is semi-furnished with a dining table, washing machine, fridge and plenty of stuff for the kitchen. So essentially, you have to furnish your own bedroom. You'll get the bigger room with plenty of wardrobe space. There is one bathroom upstairs, and a toilet downstairs. The living room is big, albeit a little empty. We have plenty of cooking utensils, but I do not cook at all, so the kitchen is all yours. You also get your own parking spot. The house is on Davenport Terrace - a nice, quiet street in Wayville. It is a 5 minute walk to the Greenhill road tram stop. The city is ten minutes by tram. There are also frequent buses that go through the city. Bond is $930. The rent is $165 per week for the room, and is paid fortnightly. This does not include the bills - electricity, water and gas. Really big house in an awesome location! Our place has a huge open plan kitchen and living area which is great for chilling out and entertaining. The room up for grabs is a really generous size and you'll have a view out into our front garden. We have a big veranda in the backyard with a shade sail which is just lovely on a sunny day. If you're a student, or need to do work from home we have a large study which looks out onto the back garden. The central air con/heating is incredibly effective, although we have only had to use it a few times. We are in a prime location to catch public transport if you are working in the city. We are about three minutes walk from the Emerson railway station and 10 mins walk from the South Rd/Black Forest tram stop. If you have a car, we generally take turns in parking in the driveway but street parking is unlimited and there is very little traffic movement along our leafy little backstreet.

The house is an old stand alone. It has four (massive) bedrooms with high ceilings. Its got a retro look but its a really charming, pleasant space. Lots of natural light, thick walls, huge backyard. All bedrooms have large windows. There's two toilets, one in the bathroom (which has an actual bath) and one in the laundry as well. We also have a washing machine. Large kitchen/dining area, and dining in the lounge too. The backyard is fabulous. Fruit trees, flowers, grass, great dirt and compost if you're into gardening. There's even a shed. Its also a really nice entertaining space. There's 2-3 off street car parks and plenty on street. No shortage of parking here. The house has thick walls and good insulation so its not too cold in winter, and not too hot in summer. There's an aircon/heater in the living area. The bedroom is unfurnished but the rest of the house is fully furnished with everything a sharehouse needs. The location is also amazing. Close to the tram stop, there's a bike lane through the parklands to get you to the city and its right near the Mike Turtur bike path. A former housemate used to walk to work in the city from here. There's also a tonne of great cafes and boutiques on King William and Unley Road. The area is really quiet so ideal for you light sleepers.
