Our house is in a prime location close to public transport and shops. It's a stones throw from Suncorp stadium and gets a wonderful breeze. The house has a big back yard that is full fenced to accommodate our ever lovely 6 yr old dachshund (sausage dog) named Pepper. The house has three bedrooms, one bathroom and two separate toilets. One upstairs and one downstairs. Luke and I have fully furnished the house so no need to bring anything else other than to furnish your bedroom. We have one spare queen bed which can be used if you don't have a bed. However, if you have some communal furnishings too, let us know and we can probably accommodate. We love this area as it's so easy to get to the city with the 61 bus coming every 10-15 minutes and the bus stop is a 2 minute walk from our place. We have a more the merrier attitude. If you want to have friends or family over for dinner, go for it. We love communal dinners and sharing a cheese board and drink after work to relax.

Very nice town house in the lovely Paddington area. 3 story house with the middle level comprising the kitchen and the large lounge area while the upstairs is the 3 bedrooms. The house is fully furnished however the room is not. I do have a bed and drawers that i can sell to you cheap if you want these because I am moving to another state and wont be taking these with me.
