The house is 3 Bedroom, one bathroom , a big loungue room and kitchen. There is a balcony off the kitchen, big front and back garden and lots of space under the house for storage. Both rooms have AC..There is also space for 2 cars in the driveway and plenty of street parking. We are inbewtween Milton and Paddington, both less than 10 miniute Walk Cant take couples or backpackers. The rent is $160 a week per room and bills and internet are paid extra. Big and beautiful timber house shared between 5! close to public transport, shops UQ or south bank tafe arn't hard to get to either. the house has everything you need already, a fridge and 2 freezers a washing machine and dryer. Unfortunately I wouldn't recommend dogs as we do have a fence but its not very tall. Maybe a small dog could work but the backyard is also our driveway... cats are negotiable aslong as they will get along with Archie. The room available is spacious and has built in wardrobes and curtains.
It's an amazing property in a central location. We are close to all forms of public transport (bus, train and ferry). The house is recently renovated and is set on two blocks so we have a great backyard! We are within walking distance to plenty of happening areas with bars and cafes including the city and west end. This house has a really relaxing vibe about it and is a pleasure to live in. We all get on really well and love to have a chat while we each cook dinner and have a beer together on weekends.

We have a room available in Petrie Terrace 10 minutes walk to city and 1 minute from Caxton Street and Suncorp Stadium. Although we are very close to the stadium the street is quiet and doesn't see much traffic. Both garage spots are taken by myself and Mark but if you need parking we have residents permits and parking is available on the street. The house itself is a queenslander with 2 bedrooms upstairs and a self contained granny flat downstairs. We have unlimited internet as an additional cost and netflix as well should you want it.
