This freshly renovated Queenslander has 5 big rooms over two self-contained levels with lots of chilling spaces. Two kitchens, two bathrooms, two laundries, a large rear deck and a great downstairs entertaining area. Your room is on the top floor (the cool room), with a built in wardrobe, timber floors, a ceiling fan and also aircon. The house is home to three guys and one girl, all mid-late 20's working full time. We’re looking for a similarly minded new housemate, ideally female to keep the balance. We enjoy cooking, having a beer on the weekend and being active. Located in a quiet location close to cafes, shops and walkable distance to the barracks (coles and Caxton Street).
