The apartment is a spacious, modern apartment with great amenities. The shared areas are fully-furnished and sit between the bedrooms for added privacy.

- Open plan living with floor-to-ceiling windows and sliding doors to an undercover balcony.
- Comfortable living room with a big comfy couch (which can be a bed for guests) and a 55" TV.
- Kitchen: Practical kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, electric cook top, and all the common appliances (toaster, kettle, rice cooker, etc).
- Study: Dedicated study nook with built-in desk and storage. We have a USB-C docking set-up there that you're welcome to use when we aren't using it.
- High-speed NBN (FTTP Gigabit) perfect for WFH and streaming.
- Fully air-conditioned throughout and a decent breeze when opened up.
- Laundry: Actual laundry room (not a cupboard) with a washing machine, sink, and storage.
- Parking: Secure undercover car park available. We don't own a car (just bikes), so if you need the spot, we can include it for an adjusted weekly rent.

The Building (The Milton Residences)
- It's a hotel too, so it has resort-like amenities: an outdoor pool, spa, sauna, steam room, and a cardio gym.
- There's an outdoor BBQ deck and residents' lounge which you can use.
- Milton Train Station is literally directly underneath the building.
- 2km from the CBD with heaps of cafes, restaurants (Park Road), and a Coles less than 5 mins away.

The Room
- Private, unfurnished queen-size room with built-in robes, air conditioning, and direct balcony access.
- You have the main bathroom virtually to yourself (we have an ensuite, so you'd only be sharing with guests).
