I’m planning to leave and looking for someone to take over the lease. It’s $240 per week here and is a wonderful cottage not far from Queens Park & great East Toowoomba location! Has a small kitchen though and is older style but renovated (except for one bathroom). Has air con heating. I have rented here for 6 years. I rent via Toowoomba City Realty who have been very good. Need to stay here till I leave in approx 3 weeks (or sooner or later) and you are welcome to move in while I do this if you don’t have much furniture. Also if interested you are welcome to buy mine as I’m now selling it on FB.
Its very central, close to city, tree lined streets, close Queens Park. Walking distance to city coffee shops and bus stops. Easy to get around including up the UNI. Older classical suburb of Toowoomba. Cozy small humble house/cottage but very comfortable and depending on your situation I am happy to cater meals with a smaller extra cost. Must like cats as two cats live here. Plenty of parking space. Room unfurnished but can be arranged if needed. Smaller home so would suit someone without too much stuff. I am doing my Masters Degree and study at home so would also suit another quiet person who is studying. Gerry another flatmate (an engineer who works in Toowoomba) lives here 3 nights per week.

The property is located within walking distance to a reasonable size shopping centre with all amenities (medical, dental, chemist, post office, food outlets and 2x major grocery stores) and public transport at front door. I appreciate a house mate that is reasonably tidy and will be ok with kids. I have mine for a weekend every fortnight, however we do go out a bit and they are generally quite. There is an outdoor bar area that has tv, lounge that is a good chill spot. My house certainly isn’t a new house, but it is comfortable.

Three bedroom, refurbished townhouse located close to Toowoomba CBD. Easy stroll to large shopping centre (300 mtrs) with public transport. Hospital, CBD, racecourse and airport all within 2 klm. I work shift work (2 days + 2 nights) in Toowoomba. I then head home (Gold Coast) for 4 days. So I am rarely there.
