About the home - The spacious two bedroom and two bathroom apartment has a cosy living area that opens out to the balcony with a panoramic view towards Mt. Keira, a fully-equipped kitchen, open plan dining area, laundry room, a storage cabinet and a balcony. The property is partly furnished. Both the rooms have plenty of storage space and huge windows that face the spectacular view. The location is excellent and convenient, off Princes Highway and less than 10 mins to the city. The apartment is very secure and the guests can access the swimming pool, gym and tennis court as well. There is a designated parking space in the apartment (the one for this unit is closest to the lift so that's great), extra visitor's parking and free bike parking. The location and neighbourhood are excellent, one thing for sure is that you'd never go hungry around here, with lots of drive-thrus and restaurants located right outside the apartment and supermarkets are less than 5 mins away. UOW would take about 4 mins, the city is 10mins away and N. Wollongong station is 5 mins away too About the lease - The pictures don't do the place any justice, and since I've been travelling, haven't been able to take more pictures but I will upload detailed pictures of everything soon. My partner and I moved in about two months ago and we are looking for someone to take over the lease for the house.
