I have lived here for nearly 2.5 years, it is a lovely modern town house at the rear of the block so it is nice and quiet. We have gas ducted heating and Evap cooling. I have 95% of the furnishings in the house so all you really need bring is your bedroom furnishings :D Upstairs there are 3 bedrooms (master has ensuite but is the taken room), separate toilet and bathroom.
