I have a 4yo paint mare. There's also a veggie garden! The room has a built in wardrobe. There's a fridge and a walk in pantry, new kitchen with gas stove. The house is set back off the road and very private. Plenty of room for vehicles. Not a party house, sometimes I'll have a handful of friends over but we're pretty tame.

So this is a small house but it has lots to love about it. A nice kitchen, a laundry, you can use both. Most things in the house you can use :) I have a beautiful golden retriever who is 10 years old so he is playful but not so playful he will knock you over ;) There is a decent size backyard with a clothesline and undercover area that you are welcome to use as long as we share it. If you like growing your own food or plants that is also fine with me as there is a lot of room for that. There is public transport available but to be honest it is not great, so this place would be best for someone with a car. There is a carport, one space for me and one for you :) There are shops a few minutes drive away, IGA, doctors, petrol stations and the big Grand Plaza shopping centre about 5 minute drive away.
