Alright folks, I have two rooms for rent in Greenbank available now - my current roomie is shacking up with the love of her life. Located less than 5 mins to the shops, 30 mins to Brisbane city and 45 mins to the Gold Coast. There's a bus stop a few hundred metres down the road - the bus goes right past our house! The house is on 2.5 acres, pet friendly (as long as they're desexed and vaccinated) with room for one horse. I have a 4yo paint mare. There's also a veggie garden! Both rooms have built ins - one room is massive. Can provide bed & bedside table if you need. There's a fridge and a walk in pantry, new kitchen with gas stove. The house is set back off the road and very private. Plenty of room for vehicles and a shed. Not a party house, sometimes I'll have a handful of friends over but we're pretty tame.
So this is a small house but it has lots to love about it. A nice kitchen, a laundry, you can use both. Most things in the house you can use :) I have a beautiful golden retriever who is 10 years old so he is playful but not so playful he will knock you over ;) There is a decent size backyard with a clothesline and undercover area that you are welcome to use as long as we share it. If you like growing your own food or plants that is also fine with me as there is a lot of room for that. There is public transport available but to be honest it is not great, so this place would be best for someone with a car. I love living here because I built the house! My house is in a fairly quiet area, close to Grand Plaza Shopping Centre. It is a brick/tile home with gardens, double lock-up garage, large pergola and friendly black cat! The bedroom is carpeted, has built-in wardrobe, aircon and can be either furnished or unfurnished. Can fit a double bed. The main bathroom is shared as is the kitchen, family room, laundry.
