The house is less than 6km from the CBD. It takes me 15 mins to ride my bike to work. We are a 5-10 min walk to restaurants, shops, services, cinemas and North Adelaide Aquatic Centre. 5 min walk to bus stop. Top location to the city and transport. A great share space for people who are easy going. It is an older house so full disclosure it is super cold during winter. However its such a great location. You can easily walk to Prospect Rd shops/eateries and get into the city in no time. **Whats on offer** Fairly large empty room that has a window and high ceiling. It is located at the front of the house. **Share spaces include** Lounge room with two 2-seater couches and tv, large kitchen with lots of utensils and wares, bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet, Laundry area is located outside and backyard needs a bit of tlc but has clothesline and outdoor setting.
