About our House! We have a two storey house in Riverwood with 7 rooms in total, plus a granny flat. Upstairs is a separate living quarters. This area has 4 rooms, with 2 available to rent. There is no separate access to the second storey. You come in via the main door, hallway and up the stairs. The stairway is closed off separating your area from downstairs. Each room has inbuilt wardrobes. It is semi furnished and we are flexible on tenants bringing in their own items. The bathroom is large with a spa bath, glass shower and also a laundry sink. It has an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining room with polished floors. It is air-conditioned. There are two balconies, one of which overlooks the street and the other towards the backyard and garden. It is a 10 minute walk to shops and station. 3 minutes by car. There is off-street parking, but not in a garage. Regular fast trains to the city. 20 minutes to Circular Quay. There is some storage available and clothesline. There are two small dogs downstairs.
