Holla if you want to view. The apartment sits above Gasworks and has air conditioning. The price is without a carpark, and flexible about the minimum stay period. There is a pool, gym and BBQ area that is common to everyone in our building. Power is about $35-45 per person, per month. Hot water is about $125 per person, every three months (averages to $40-50 per month).
Newstead is a good location which is close to everything such as gas work, Woolworths, Bunning etc. Also a lot of bus, 5 min walk to train station, 10 minutes walk to ferry Our apartment is clean and peaceful You will stay in private room with your own balcony and share bathroom with only one person Any questions feel free to talk anytime
This is a 4 story, 3 bedroom townhouse in Newstead. You have your own remote garage underneath the property. then stairs that go directly up to the kitchen and dining room. The main bedroom and laundry are on the 3rd level and the two spare bedrooms and bathroom are on the 4th level. Ducted air-con and fully furnished except for your bedroom. 2 minutes walk to Newstead park and 5 minutes walk to gasworks. Its a very quiet area and easy parking on weekends. Bills equal approx $30 a week and include electricity, water, internet and a cleaner.
A modern and stylish apartment. Close to public transport, 150m to Gasworks Plaza, Fortitude Valley a quick 10 minute walk away. Rooftop with bbq and amazing city views. Plenty of on-street parking and visitor parking. The unit has excellent lighting, ceiling fans, block-out blinds, ducted and zoned air-con, double glazed windows and doors (quiet), fast WIFI, gas cooktop, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, lots of built-in cupboard space and a study nook with a colour printer/scanner/copier. The bedroom is adjacent to the main bathroom and easily fits a queen and two bedside tables (when I occupied this room, I used this set up) plus an extra cupboard, a tall boy and bookcase in here and while cosy - it was very functional (the room picture is actually from when I had it-I will get better pics of the room shortly or can send if you need me to). It also has large built-in cupboards with mirrors. The main bathroom is a good size and has decent under-bench and face-level storage (cheers Shaynna Blaze). The whole apartment has been re-furnished with brand new furniture. I have everything else covered (appliance/equipment/furniture), so would suit someone looking to easily move straight in and not worry about moving so much stuff. There are often extra secure carparks for rent (going rate seems to be $50/wk within the complex as well so just ask at the office.
