I work in the video game biz so if you're into gaming then you might fit right in. We have 100Mbit Fibre NBN! it's on the fastest tier possible ... unlimited netflix! The roomis becoming vacating in the next couple of weeks. Exact date is still to be confirmed. There's a total of 5 'rooms' in the property for residents - 3 are outside separate studio type rooms and the other 2 are inside rooms. 4 are currently tenanted, and 1 is now available. This listing is for one of the outside studio's which is a self contained room with aircon, fridge, bed, cupboard, side draw and a small table. Furniture can be negotiated if not needed. This is for the studio with the double glass doors, it's a nice secluded little area. All bills are included however except for you electricity usage as we have an electricity meter on each room so you pay for the usage in the room at a rate of 0.38c/KWh. We have a couple of BBQ's, kitchen, laundry and all that is setup ready to go. There is a nice big backyard that is somewhat neglected, although we're growing some rosemary and chilli's at the moment, would love to get some garden happening.
