Hey all we have a room to rent in salsibury north, for 160 per week or 320 per fortnight. it's a 3 bedroom home myself and my partner kylie is looking for a female who's honest and a quiet person, that's clean and friendly to all housemates. We have one female already with us so we are looking for that last great person. Our place is located close to, salsibury north football club a bus goes straight past the front of our house to the interchange... We are preferably looking for someone between the ages of 25 and 42..we also have a security gate at the front of our home so the house is well protected. We both work Monday to Friday. So someone that works is preferred. We do all like a social chat often but we are very busy people. Parking is on the side of the house but it's very safe as it's on a corner block. We also have a spare room for guests and a 2 person spa in the room please ask in advance if you have people over as it's just being polite. We have a 7month old labradoor X Retrever, who lives out side and loves people very friendly dog he is our world. We also have a baby turtle in our living room. The house itself is pretty big, I have 2 lounge rooms, 4 bedrooms but the 4th isn’t big enough to be classed as an actual room. The house is only couple years old, I was the first to move into it and I share it with my sister. Internet is included in the rent, but any other bills that come in, we will go thirds in. I have a double garage so there is off street parking as well. I do live a pretty quiet life as I work every second weekend, so the house is quiet as well.
