Hey there! Great loft space, house and wonderful housemates (/family). Available 25 August (flexible) ~ 20 December (negotiable) The house itself is large and spacious, with three downstairs bedrooms, an enormous bathroom/laundry, two separate living areas, spacious kitchen and big backyard, as well as the loft space upstairs. Location is amazing! Only a few doors down from the beautiful Victoria Park Racecourse, it's a 10-15 min ride or bus ride to town. Plenty of public transport options around, shops are just up the road, and there’s a great cafe just a couple of doors down if you need a coffee fix. THE ROOM: It's a unique upstairs area with your own patio/balcony, lounge/study area, sleeping space and bathroom (please see pics). Obviously this room comes with heaps of perks, but it's not for everyone as it doesn’t have a door. It's hard to explain without seeing it, but because you're separated by a set of stairs no one can actually see up into the room, but in terms of noise, there isn't a great deal of buffer. So please only respond to this ad if you are someone that can go with the flow and isn't too bothered by hearing some of the comings and goings of the house. Our home is in a quiet street in Fullarton with friendly neighbours, close to the city and Adelaide University's Waite College.
