Brand new flat ( we would be first to live there) in a boutique medium density development, with incredible views of the hills from the large balcony on the 5th of 6 floors. The flat comes with Aircon in the living spaces and ceiling fans in both rooms. Your bedroom comes with in-built robes with floor to ceiling mirrors on them and two windows for natural light (one out to the balcony and another facing the hills. The flat is equipped with a Miele washer dryer, fridge and dishwasher. I'll have furnished the living space (B&O speakers coming soon :D), and have the kitchen stocked with the necessities, but the bedroom will be unfurnished. Bills are to be split including internet which we can discuss. For full disclosure the total rent per week is $475 and due to me taking the parking space i'll be paying a little extra. There are also bike racks for use in the secure car park. We have just lost our intern who has return to France. So we are looking for someone to fill her room. I live in a 2 bedroom apartment right in the middle of the city. The apartment is fully furnished and all bills are included in rent price. The room available is quite large for a city apartment. The apartment complex also includes a BBQ, tennis court and sauna. There is an allocated carpark which I park in, however it's usually pretty easy to find a park on the street. It's a small cosy fully furnished flat in the CBD in the east end of town with all the white goods you would need and furniture. I'm looking for an individual who is able to respect space, each other and loves food. This house has a fully kitted out kitchen and your room is fully furnished so just move in with your bags! Tenancy is subject to landlord's approval so you'll have to fill out a form for their approval and we have this place until February 2018 - with the option to extend. The usual restriction stuff if I remember correctly they don't want smokers and no parties in the house. Lovely neighbours and a quiet area so fair enough, they like it quiet. The free city link bus stops on Hutt Street is a 3 minute walk from the house and heaps of restaurants available with most major banks on the street. Location wise this place ticks all the boxes with the parklands just next to us! I am on Telstra's package for internet but it's not included in the rent. And I don't know how to fix the info above but looking for someone to stay until the 28th of February with option to extend.

Hello there, There is a lovely room available in this homely, established share house. It is available short term, up until the start of November OR long term if the new person is interested in taking on the lease when it is renewed (beginning of November). The house is in Goodwood, in the middle between King William Rd and Goodwood Rd at about the level of burger republic/goodwood cellars.Needless to say its an awesome spot for the shops, as well as the tram into the city and the bike path which goes all the way to Glenelg for evening swims and beach beers come summer time. There is also a nice park 2 blocks away and we're close enough to the hills if riding a bike is your thing. The bedrooms are big, the garden is even bigger and the kitchen is medium sized. The room for rent is big, carpeted and with a nice window overlooking the lemon tree. It is suitable for a single person or a couple. For short term stay, it is possible to have the room furnished. For long term, you would need to furnish it yourself. The rest of the house is fully furnished with everything you need. Plus bbq, ping pong table, and giant jenga :) There is a big garden shed where you can store your stuff as well. We should mention that the bedroom is $200 for a couple, or $150 for a single person. We also have a budding veggie garden, as well as fully established orange, lemon, fig and peach trees, so if you know anything about growing veggies that would be awesome!!
