This cute and lovely unit is perfectly set along South Terrace, overlooking the parks. It is nestled amongst a whole heap of delicious restaurants, cafes and bars which all help to give character. You will constantly be spoiled for food options. It's only a 5 minute bus ride to the CBD and University of Adelaide, or is a comfortable 10-15 minute walk. Further out, you can also easily access Unley by bus, cycle or just walking The community in the unit is quiet but friendly, and has a lot of parking provided both at the back and at the front of the unit. The house is a great old cottage in a quiet area of the CBD, close to everything and with trees and the parklands very close by. The place is a little old but quite spacious and comfortable, with a nice backyard (plenty of room to hang a couple of hammocks), a garden, spacious kitchen and free parking out front.
