My wife and I offer an apartment to share with us that is located in the suburb of Double Bay. Large two bedroom apartment and each of the two bedrooms has it's own bathroom. The apartment is fully furnished. There is a sun-drenched balcony that overlooks beautiful Sydney Harbour. Restaurants, bars, shops and the library are all within 3 minutes walking distance. Additionally Edgecliff station is 10 minutes, or a short bus journey up the road. If boat is your method of transport a Ferry to Circular Quay is 5 minutes away. There is a double sized sofa bed in the living room to allow for friends or relatives for a small period of time to stay. Murray Rose Pool and Harbourside beach is a 5 minute walk!

The pool is absolutely fantastic especially in the summer time. The balcony gets sunshine all day so its ideal to sit back and relax. The area is very quiet and there is a great little cafe just 1 minute walk away which is very convenient. When it comes to transport its very easy to commute back and forth to the city with a ferry wharf just 5 minutes walk and Edgecliff station not much further. There is also no restriction on street parking and there is a garage available for an additional $50 pw. Double bay is just down the road full of fantastic places to eat drink and socialise. Its a great spot for young professionals!
