The apartment is very well located just next door to Kings Cross train station - 6 min train to Bondi Junction, 7 min to Central and 4 to Town hall- with many bus lines going through as well. It is served with many gyms (Fitness First across the street, Anytime Fitness,etc) supermarkets (Coles just across the street and Harris Farm 3 min walk), lots of nightlife and many cheap eats as well as some very good restaurants in a short stroll. We are also within walking distance to the CBD, Botanical Gardens and the Circular Quay. Such an amazing location! The apartment faces a very quiet street and it is fully furnished!!!! The living room also has air conditioning and we also have our own laundry (no sharing with anyone in the building). The house has wooden floor - much easier to keep it clean and without all the dust carpets accumulates.
