The bedroom prices vary depending on size. The House has a communal living area, large kitchen equipped for your cooking needs and sliding glass doors that open on to a backyard terrace. The place comes furnished however you are welcome to bring some furniture of your own too. Included in the price is also a cleaner once per week and electricity, water and internet bills. Is very close to everything, the studio is very cute, and it has everything, kitchen, washer machine, dryer, tv with internet and Netflix.. etc. In the photos you see only one bed but the sofa is sofa bed and when you open it, it becomes a double bed and is very comfortable. I’m looking for a girl to share the studio for a time of 3 months.

It is an astonishing 3-storey Victorian terrace house situated in a quiet street between Woolloomooloo and Darlinghurst. The house has timber floor, internet cabling, nice lighting, plenty of appliances, BBQ and more. There is a great open-space living room/kitchen, a 2 level-backyard and 3 bathrooms! THE ROOM: $420/wk + bills shared with everyone (approximately $10 p/w per person) It is a furnished bedroom (we are flexible is you have your own furnitures) on the 1st floor with a window. You will share a brand new bathroom with 1 housemate. It is a very spacious bathroom with a bath and 3 showerheads! THE HOUSE: The house is fully furnished. Internet, washing machine, dishwasher, cooking equipment, etc. All the bills are shared ~$10 per week per room. We designed the space to be minimalistic and to keep it open so we don't bump into each other :). The living room is very spacious and the kitchen is very comfortable to cook. The backyard has 2 levels and it includes an outdoor patio.
