Super close public transport to the city with the G10, 222, 239 and even the free 98A bus connection for a super cheap commute. close to the Adelaide aquatic center and great parks. The house looks small from the front but has 3 large thick walled rooms and high ceilings (which keeps the cool in during summer and heating through winter), a slightly smaller room near the back that has its own ensuit which is why the second room is $200. We have a decent sized kitchen, living area and a grassed back yard. We don't get in each others way but it has a very homie vibe. We've had a cleaning schedule in place that has been working out perfectly so the place is always clean, one person has one job a week and it is something we would like to continue.
