About the property
This is a very comfortable and spacious home with a large living area and a lovely outdoor space on Boyle Street in Prospect. It is well furnished throughout. Bedroom furniture can be negotiated if needed. I also keep everything working well and properly maintained. The train line is a 3 minute walk across the street and gets you into the city in about 10 mins. It's also a very quiet house as the neighbours are good and there is no traffic noise. There are many great cafes and restaurants on Prospect Road which is about a 10 min walk from the house. There is a supermarket in the same area.
The main bathroom is shared between 3 bedrooms but only singles are accepted for reach room.
Bills (electricity, gas and water) are charged at a flat $20p/week. Internet (FTTN) is also included in the rent. I will consider lease terms of 3 months+ but would prefer longer term tenants.
I can include furnishings as required.

About the flatmates
My name is Martin and I manage the house. I don't live there but I do take care of the garden maintenance and make sure everything in the house is working properly. My focus is on finding friendly and easy going housemates that get along and have lived in share houses before.
There are two housemates at present. Both are women in their twenties that work and study. They are from Japan and Brazil. Both speak excellent English.
The rooms are only for singles as I don't want the house to feel crowded. Having guests over is totally fine of course and if you want to have a gathering, just check in with the other housemates. The current housemates have requested that the house be female only so only female applicants will be considered.
