Available 25 August (flexible) ~ 20 December (negotiable) The house itself is large and spacious, with three downstairs bedrooms, an enormous bathroom/laundry, two separate living areas, spacious kitchen and big backyard, as well as the loft space upstairs. Location is amazing! Only a few doors down from the beautiful Victoria Park Racecourse, it's a 10-15 min ride or bus ride to town. Plenty of public transport options around, shops are just up the road, and there’s a great cafe just a couple of doors down if you need a coffee fix. THE ROOM: It's a unique upstairs area with your own patio/balcony, lounge/study area, sleeping space and bathroom (please see pics). Obviously this room comes with heaps of perks, but it's not for everyone as it doesn’t have a door.
