About the property
There are two rooms which are rented, both fully furnished, suitable for singles and couples. The bathroom has recently been renovated, there is a shared TV with Chrome Cast in the open space living area and items such as towels, washing machine, cookware and plates are supplied. Internet is included in the rent. Utilities including water, gas and electricity are covered up to $100 per month which is more than enough for normal usage (Netflix, lighting, showers, cooking) and any excess caused by heating or cooling is divided amongst the housemates.
We are pretty transient, some people stay for years and others stay for a few months based on circumstances. Backpackers and travellers are welcome!
The house is quite tight knit, we all live in a close space together and there’s often a few people in the house at a time. So it’s important that you’re happy being around people, easy going, clean up after yourself and pitch in with weekly scheduled cleaning.
Being an animal lover gets you bonus points as there are often pets at the home!

About the flatmates
Im pretty relaxed, down to earth and get along with people from all walks of life. We like the place to be clean, being able to clean up after yourself and to pitch in without being asked is a must!
My parents or myself pass by occasionally to tend to the gardens and indoor plants or do minor repairs as required. Sometimes my dogs might be at the home too 🐶
