Hi there! My name is Glenn, and I am a 36-year-old hard-working professional in the finance industry. I live in Parafield Gardens with my cavoodle Reggie, and another male housemate who works as a baker.
Pretty basic stuff really - open plan living area, decent sized kitchen and dining area, shared bathroom (with bath and shower) and shared toilet, laundry (with washing machine and dryer), decent sized backyard with BBQ, patio and outdoor setting. Fully ducted air con throughout the house.
We can share the fridge/freezer in the kitchen, and there is also an air fryer and cooking utensils/pots pans etc for us to share. There is also a dishwasher which comes in handy after cooking.
All bills (electricity, gas, water and ultra-fast NBN) are included in the rent.
Please understand that as I already have a dog in the house, no other pets are allowed. Also full disclosure - Reggie is very excitable and playful, which means he can be quite jumpy at times when he sees you or when you come home.

I love my gaming, footy, cricket and watching a good TV series or movie. I also love to stay as active as possible, and of course I love to walk my little pal Reggie whenever I can. I like to keep to myself from time to time, but also more than happy to have a beer and a chat too.
