The apartment has a huge lounge room that can double as a second bedroom. The ceilings are high as the entire building used to be a beautiful two-story house (now 2 apartments). It's 15 mins walk to Bronte beach and Bondi junction plus walking distance to Randwick shops. Queens Park is one street away (stunning) and Centennial is the next park over. We are looking for a couple to move in as requested by our lovely landlord Andy, who is the BEST landlord ever - he's also a builder so if there's ever an issue, he is always there to help. I have lived here for a year and a half and love the area. We have Queens Park and Centennial Park at the end of the street, are walking distance to the north randwick shops and walking/running (if you like running) distance to the beaches which is awesome. Bondi Junction is very close for the big Westfield and the train station. In terms of public transport, the bus network around here is great and my current housemate works in the cbd and commutes happily. I work in Marrickville and have chosen to stay in this apartment because of how great it’s is, with the location bonus. Both my lovely current housemates are moving in with their partners respectively so I have two rooms to fill in April. I will update to include photos of the bedrooms soon as it’s fresh news and they need to clean their rooms so I can take a photo! One is a master room ($330) with balcony, built in wardrobe and ensuite bathroom, the other is a large room ($300) also with a built in wardrobe. The second one shares a bathroom with myself. There is also a private car space available if you have a car. The apartment itself is quite large for a 3 bedroom, nice open living space that is well lit during the day and a large kitchen area.

The rest of the apartment is already furnished, theres shops and cafes about a 3 minute walk away. Bus stops just around the corner going to Bondi junction, Clovelly, Bronte, Coogee, to the city and so on. So its really well located. This room would suit a couple really well as its quite big. The price is set for a single, but a price for a couple can be negotiated :) The apartment also has a car park/garage. So lots of storage and always a place to park if you have a car. Also, if you have any extra furnishings, welcome to bring them on as we've got some decent space in the living area. The boring stuff: Rent is paid a month in advance, Bond four weeks rent. More a home from home than a share house :) We have a huge house with beautiful outdoor area and large communal living spaces. There is a small gym in the garage if you are that way inclined (!) a BBQ, Foxtel and the usual mod-cons. Larger room available of a 2 bedroom unit. The unit is fairly modern inside, is located on a very quiet mature tree lined street with city views. The larger room comes with sliderobes and has a balcony off the bedroom. There is a also a smaller balcony off the lounge. All furnishings included except you will need your own bed. It comes with our own laundry with washer and dryer. The unit block has only 12 units and is very quiet. A great place to relax in the evenings and provides a good nights sleep during the week and at weekends. Location is perfect. 3 mins walk to busses into the city. 3 mins walk to Queens Park. Bondi junction is a 5 min bus ride or a 20 min walk. And you're a 20 down hill walk to Clovelly and Bronte beaches. Frenchmans road is 3 mins walk and has great pubs, shops, restaurants and cafes. The room has become available because my current flatmate is moving in with her boyfriend.
