Location is ideal right next to Centennial, less than 5 min walk to the train and main drag + 5mins to the beach (or 20 walking). We have a good size front garden where we hang out, lie in the sun, grow veggies/herbs, and a very large backyard where the dogs hang all day while at work. We reside upstairs and respect your privacy. Equally involve you in our activities If and when you wish. There is one large bathroom and we can agree a rough schedule. We only use the bathroom for bathing and then we get ready in our rooms. There are two toilets: one separate. There is an office with a desk available just for you. On our street corner are three terrific cafes with great coffee and food. Then a few blocks are restaurants, shops and major supermarkets. A 10min walk to Bondi Junction, 15mins to Tamma beach. Our house is HUGE! 5 beds, two (combined) living rooms, dining room, kitchen, laundry, 2 bathrooms, a back and front yard. One of the house mates is a keen gardener and has a veggie patch out the back. My room has a built-in robe with full height mirrors and fantastic natural light. I fit a queen size bed, bed side table and desk with computer in there. Charing Cross is just down the road with plenty of cafes and eateries and of course the the Robin Hood Hotel and the Charing Cross Hotel. We have Queens & Centennial Park a 20min walk away and if you ride a bike your pretty much central to most of the great things in the eastern suburbs.

The room also includes 2 rails, 2 small cabinets and one large cabinet (any of these can be removed if they're not wanted!) The house has a decking area and paved garden at the back, with light spacious kitchen and living area. The rest of the house is fully furnished. Wi-fi is also available :) Electricity and water are around $160 each a quarter and Wi-fi is $20 a month. A cleaner comes every other week and is $21 each.
