I am looking for a friendly professional or student to join a laid-back house on Morrison Street Redcliffe. At the moment its just me (27 M) living in the house I'm looking for one maybe two roommates providing that its the right fit. There are currently two rooms which are currently unfurnished but have 4 power points and an inbuilt closet with a lock on the door for privacy. The house itself has air conditioning for the summer, wi-fi internet and all the necessities for living (microwave, fridge, washing machine, tv). There is also plenty of space in a spare room if you have additional items which need space. The domestic airport is a 5 minute drive, international airport is a 10 minute drive making it ideal for FIFO and those who want to travel. East Perth is a 10 minute drive using graham farmer. the closest bus station is 200 m down the road. There is a variety of resteraunts along Great Eastern Highway and the closest grocery's belvidere iga is a 2-3 minute drive. All bills are covered (Free water, electricity, gas, internet) I'm asking for $130/week and smoking isn't allowed in the house. Your "duplex" half is separate from the owner's who lives on the ground floor (so unlikely to interact much but on hand if you want to chat about anything:), and and a weekly cleaner is there to clean the kitchen, bathrooms and all common areas. On the guest floor is also a short stay room (less than 3mnths) set up so if you have out of town visitors they can be accommodated too.
