The location is one of the best things about the apartment - a few metres away from Central Station, UTS, the supermarket, lots of great cafes, the theatre and lots more. The apartment has a lot of light and has just been renovated. All furniture and appliances are brand new. At the moment there is just me in the apartment but there are three rooms, a laundry, two car spots, kitchen, living room, a little veranda and a view of the city sky line. The third room will be made into a study and place to put extra storage etc. Bondi Wholefoods (a great cafe) is right across the street and a 4 storey, 24 hour gym (Fitness Playground) which offers gym classes, is a few metres down the road too! A queen-sized bed and set of drawers are provided. The property is a secure townhouse and it had a bit of a spruce up before I moved in (mid-last year). There are 1.5 bathrooms, with the main bathroom having both a bath and a shower. We will have all the whitegoods you would expect (some are mine and some are the property owners') with furnished living areas and a kitchen with all the standard cookware/utensils/crockery/cutlery. There is a small courtyard at the front of the property and a cute deck at the back The suburb is eclectic to say the least, and is sandwiched between Alexandria and Redfern. There are cool bars, cafes and a bunch of fashion outlets within easy walking distance.
