We have a large private bedroom avail in a recently renovated terrace house 5 min walk from Central Station. The space has a large private balcony and massive built in wardrobe. There is also a large modern kitchen and two bathrooms. The room itself is very large and comes furnished with a queen size bed, wardrobe, and desk. The room is at the rear of the property and as a result is very quiet and private. There is a beautiful industrial sized kitchen, with gas cookers and stone tops. The kitchen is shared with the other flatmates, but we all keep it pretty clean. There is also off street parking available for an extra $25pw, or the possibility of getting a permit if you would prefer. This room is available because our roomie is moving to Melbourne for work. I (Alice) would prefer a WOMAN please. BILLS AND EXPENSES The house pays electricity which is split equally quarterly. Cosy front room perfect for a double in a great terrace house in East Redfern, really close to Surry Hills Shopping Centre (cnr Baptist and Cleveland St). Large kitchen plenty of pantry space, separate toilet and shower. Courtyard with external laundry and space to chill out and space for a BBQ (if you have one). Would be great if you have any things you need to bring for the house we can fit them in. The place was painted and carpeted just over a yr ago and still like new. We like to keep the place pretty tidy cleaning up after yourself and being well house trained is great, no cleaning roster per se just do it as needed. Unlimited internet is all set up and is additional to rent along with utilities.
