Hi, Looking for somebody to fill a room in a small share house who can commit at least until the end of February; after that there is the ability to renew the lease for a further year. The room available has a built in wardrobe and will have a single bed frame and mattress in it already. You can choose to bring your own furnishings or use the current bed.
