We are looking for a couple (flexible with taking two people as there are two rooms avail.) to take the front bedroom that overlooks the front garden with inbuilt wardrobes. One of the middle bedrooms will turn into my partners music studio. And the other, if you need the space, a room for your own needs/art/whatever. If we do decide to go with two people then this obviously wont happen :) We are also turning the garage out the back into a studio for everyone. Hello, There's a lovely room going for rent. I have my desk, electronic drum kit and double set up with enough room. There's also a big cupboard for clothes and other storage. There's a shed out the back where the other housemates sometimes hang out and we have a big garden we're weeding at the moment so we can plant things. We have a lemon tree. The other flat mates mainly keep to themselves but are friendly. We'd just be looking for someone who can pay the bills, do their share of cleaning and who is nice. We have gas cooking. We have a bathroom with a bathtub and shower. This would suit anybody who enjoys their own space and is quiet, respectful and clean. No preference for gender or age. The house is conveniently situated, only a 8 minute walk to the tram stop and a 13 minute walk to the train station. We also have many bus routes nearby. The room will be available from the 6th of June. If you have a car that may be an issue, both remaining housemates park their cars in our front yard, but I see no reason why we couldn't have one person park out the back and two in the front. There is plenty of parking available on our street too. We have cat so probably no pets sorry.
