Hi there! We have some upcoming vacancies at our spacious house on the leafy borders of Preston and Reservoir! The upcoming vacancies are quite unique, in that the back room with a door is accessed through the back sun room. Currently we are looking for someone for the back room for around mid/end of June sometime, but we also will be looking to fill the back sun room space in the future (or vice versa). This is shown in the photos, and we would be more than happy to clarify about this situation. This room would be $154 a week, but as said before, as we fill the sun room/back room this will fall dramatically as we can split between 4 instead of 3. We are a nice 5 minute walk from the end of the 11 line, and a 10 minute walk from Regent station. Also pretty close to woolworths and there is some cafes around here to die for. We have a great living room heater and air-conditioning, which makes both winters and summers extremely bearable. As I said, very spacious as you can see from the photos, and I have a lot of ideas in regards to the gardens and the potential in this house! What we are looking for is someone who would be able to slot in nicely, we arent a super party household but we also like to spend time watching crappy shows, having a game, or having chats about almost anything in the living room. Looking for people that have a job and is both reliable with bills and rent (which are monthly), are familiar with how sharehouses can work and understand the importance of cleaning up after yourself and enjoying a good clean every now and then as a house. We are also a Vegan, 420 and queer friendly household, as are most houses in melbourne these days.
