The property is a 3 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom, 2 storey townhouse with a small backyard, and a private entrance. I enjoy the space and like having a room for friends or family to stay in on the odd occasion when they’re visiting, so I’m only looking to share with one other person. The house is in a nice neighbourhood in a quiet area, with easy street parking. Rhodes train station is an 8min walk away, and the house is on the water side rather than amongst the high rise apartments. The room has a built in wardrobe, but otherwise it’s unfurnished. The rest of the house is fully furnished though and we’ve put a lot of effort in to make it feel like a home rather than just somewhere to stay :)

With regards the location of the flat: - 2min 45s walking to Rhode’s train station - 7 min short walk to Rhode’s shopping centre (which has an Ikea and a cinema, Coles, plus all standard shops) - 25 minutes ride by train to Town Hall.
