This house is situated in Geelong West which makes it ideal for students (10 minutes from Deakin and Geelong CBD) and a great centerilized location for many other activities. Jamie and I have busy full time work but enjoy many of the activities the area has to offer. Being so close to Geelong CBD it is a cheap Uber and is also situated close Pakington Street and to other social hubs. We’d love for a fun, interesting house mate to move in that will love to party but also has the same work commitments as we do.
This unit is located super close to Pakington Street, it's only a short walk away from popular cafes and shops. Unlimited internet is available (not included in rent price) and is pretty speedy which is really handy. You'll have a pretty big bedroom with built in cupboards! No real strict house rules, though this is probs a no-brainer but I would just like to say that if you're a smoker then please don't do it indoors haha. I can't accept pets unfortunately, sorry!

The shower is massive and has great water pressure that never goes cold. The toilet and laundry are both separate so there’s heaps of room. The backyard has a nice sunny table to drink your coffee/tea in the morning and there’s a veggie patch waiting if you’ve got a green thumb. Driveway and carport with remote door are available for you anytime too as Ains doesn’t drive. If you don’t drive either there’s a bus stop a 2 min walk away that goes pretty much everywhere I’ve needed to go! (Route 1 and 25) Bedroom is unfurnished. Rest of the house is pretty sorted. If you’ve got a little dining table and chairs that might be nice? We used to just eat outside or on the couch. You’ll need to go on the lease.
