Plenty of space: Our house has a big backyard with two beautiful dogs - a border collie and golden retriever. The room available is really big, offering plenty of natural light however comes unfurnished with no BIR (everything else in fully furnished). You get your own bathroom and toilet as we occupy an ensuite. We also have a third smaller spare room which is fully furnished, so friends or family can stay if the situation calls for it. :) Great location! We're only one block from the local IGA, pharmacy, butcher, cafe and more. We're also only a few blocks from the local park/oval, petrol station, Ballarat road hwy, and the Princes hwy.
