Hi there. I live in a large unit. I am fully self contained in a double bedroom (meaning I have my bedroom, lounge and office setup in a single room). This leaves a large second bedroom and lounge room unused. Internet is cable unlimited data. Included in rent. The Unit is in the main street of Five Dock. Overlooking Great North Road. I may have put that in the title. I dunno. I get confused sometimes. There are currently three pictures posted. The one with the iron is the spare lounge that I will populate with 2x leather recliners and some audio gear (notably my Technics SL1200 turntable and growing vinyl collection so if you have or enjoy vinyl...). The other empty room is 'the' bedroom. I can (and probably will) get a bed in there (this coming weekend (21/7)). There's a Weber BBQ on the rear (covered) verandah. Negatives: the bathroom is smaller than I would like. And it's a bit worse for wear. It is clean however. The kitchen I am working on. It doesn't have sufficient bench space for cooking so I have purchased a stainless steel cooking bench thingy. That will no doubt just make me feel guilty because I am always too busy to cook and live on food delivered by men who always look unhappy because the font door to my house on on the rear street. And they never read the directions that take a whole 3 minutes to punch into my phone. So I look equally annoyed. The property has bus stops out the front. Directly in front I think. I prefer the train myself. Buses seem like... little incubation chambers. You are probably thinking 'he's on drugs'. You would be right. Antibiotics. Because I caught a bus. Ummm... there's a supermarket at the end of the street. Approximately 150m from the front gate. That's all I can think of right now. If you have any questions you can call or message. After 1730 in the afternoon would be best. Oh... I nearly forgot. There are many gyms close by. A freshly refurbished Anytime Fitness is about one minute from the unit. Some other pokey looking health club directly across the road. And a big gym about 1km from the Unit. It's called Fit Fast. It has a pool. I go there. Intermittently.
Our unit is located 5 minutes walking from the Coles and all shops/cafes around Great North Road. We have a lot of daylight in the house and a beautiful view to the lake. We are located in a quite area and our neighbours are very friendly. The bedroom is already furnished with a double bed, built-in closet, desk and if you want your own furniture you are welcome to make it as comfortable as you like. Room has big windows and a lot of daylight. Rent needs to be paid every fortnight and we have a bond from 4 weeks rent. Internet will be 30 $ a month and we only have a gas bill every 3 months.

Spacious house in a really nice neighbourhood. Walking distance to a ton of amazing restaurants and cafes, as well as Harris Farms. House was recently repainted and floors polished so everything is looking quite nice. There's also a large kitchen (with a dishwasher and gas stove-top) and living room (with an air-conditioning unit), as well as a spare room out back. Sorry that there's no picture of the bedroom, there's honestly no good position to take the photo. It's a fairly large room though, currently has a double bed, standing wardrobe (in addition to the built-in wardrobe) and a desk, and there's still plenty of space.

Hello there! (disclaimer: there's no dog in the house atm, the photos were taken off the professionally taken photos from the real estate agent) It's a great house with a nice backyard, you'll have your own room and a bathroom that you'll be using for your own 90% of the time. Once or twice every year, my parents from overseas visit (or relatives) and they'll be living in the third bedroom, which you'd have to share the toilet with them then. The house is fully furnished, so really, dont move in anything but yourself and your bed! Its fully decked out with all the plates, pots, glassware and cookware you'll ever need. The only thing is your bedroom will not be furnished, so do bring along your bed! it can easily fit a queen bed, plus a small study table. Internet is included in the rent, but otherwise all bills (electricity, water, gas) are shared equally between both people. The weekly rent also includes a fortnightly visit from the cleaning ladies. If you're not too keen on someone cleaning your room, do bring it up! Theres a lock up garage for 2 cars, I park my car in it every night. There are lots of things in the garage as it acts as storage as well, so its impossible to fit another car unless its another hatchback. If you're not fussed, there's plenty of on street parking right outside the house. I'm a small business owner with a huge love for wines and food, and I do have the occasional dinner parties or bbqs so you're more than welcome to join in. Having said that, it isn't a party house. The idea of a party to me is dinner and boardgames night. Yes. Very civilised, ha ha! The house is 2 min walk away from the light rail (north leichhardht) which to my understanding comes every 10-15m. Really convenient for those who works in the city. Every space is a shared space, except for 2 out of 3 bedrooms where I'd be occupying. There will be occasional house guests (family) staying but they're pretty easy going so it shouldn't be a problem.
The house is located in Russell Lea and is located a short 5 minute walk from a bus stop to the city. It has a waterfront view overlooking Five Dock Bay. We have tables and chairs set up out the front which are great for BBQs with a view. The park across the road is also great for exercise enthusiasts who enjoy walks in the sun. In regards to the common areas, there is ample living and a large kitchen with a 6 burner gas cook top. You will have your own room. The dimensions are 3060mm wide 3370mm length and is spacious enough to comfortably fit a queen sized bed, a desk, a cupboard, and a bit more on top of that as shown in the pictures. In addition to that, our friend is more than happy to offer his furniture for a price if you require. However, room will be clear if desired. The room is $255 a week (or $510 a fortnight) not including bills. In regards to bills, we split them 4 ways. Cable Internet is Unlimited 25.55 a month and electricity is variant however not generally expensive.
