CLEAN FREAKS ONLY! People who love gardening will love this property. The immaculate front yard craves attention - all outdoor help is welcomed, however never mandatory. People who do not clean up after themselves or who generate communal mess (marks, substances on walls, marks on carpet) or neglect the house (moldy windows, etc) are not welcome here and will not be tolerated! There is no maid, so clean and responsible adults only will thrive here. Lovely furnished room (including double bed frame and wardrobe) with a view of the stylish front yard. The house is located close to a train station, walking distance to grocery stores, milk bars, and restaurants. Boasts ducted heating for winter. Very relaxed household and neighbourhood. :) As a shiftworker, I will be out and home at all hours - the applicant will need to be prepared be respectfully quiet around the house during some days when I am sleeping between shifts; the favour will always be returned with the house kept quiet for your sleep. :) This is not a party household! I tend to keep to myself, however am always happy to chat. No obnoxious, messy or unhygienic people need apply. The household has three animals - a medium sized dog and 2 cats. If you are allergic, uncomfortable around or generally dislike animals, or feel the urge share/take over animal training, this is not the house for you. Harm to the animals or disregard of rules of interaction with the animals will not be tolerated. Their training, feeding, etc is the owner's responsibility alone, however they are everyone's to cuddle and love :) The dog is very calm and will get along well with equally as calm, unassuming and gentle housemates. Communal living areas such as the loungeroom and kitchen must have occupants clean up after themselves directly after use (no dishes in sink, no oil spray on the walls around the stove, etc). The room itself should be well managed by the occupant. If you are a smoker, you must smoke outside only, well away from the building - this also means no incense or shisha inside. Damage to property through direct harm or neglect will result in loss of bond or request of reimbursement.
Fantastic housemates (all professionals). Cleaner will come to clean all shared areas (as well as your own room's ensuite bathroom) once a fortnight. A gardener also comes once a fortnight to do all the gardening. This house is fully furnished! I mean, in this room you get the table, the queen bed, the built in wardrobes (huge), and then there's the shared amenities: the fully equipped kitchen (fridge with designated area, cutlery, plates, cups, oven, stove), clothes washing machine, vacuum cleaner, large living room with a big TV. (Sorry, I forgot to take photos of all the shared amenities!) Oh, there's AC cooling and heating in the whole house too. The area is quite modern/new (the entire area was built by Mirvac).
