The house is great and I will have most of the furniture needed. All I need is a room mate, the room has floor boards, a IBR and fantastic block out blinds. The room is right next to mine. however I am not a very loud person, the other room I will use for the cats and it’s much smaller. Though if you wish I can chance things around. The house includes an air conditioner and a heater in the lounge room. Very spacious lounge and dining, I love to read so the dining is currently set up as a little library. The kitchen has plently of storage and I have a tone of kitchen appliances and pots and pans. My fridge is huge so will have no trouble making space there. We met up again in summer 2014 when I was working in a camp in West Virginia and Matt was travelling around the USA. Then, after graduating in June 2016, I commenced my gap year which took me over to Australia, and I now I am managing this property! WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR? We are looking for mature, responsible, full-time employed individuals between 25-35, either males or females, and couples are welcome also. Our house is pretty big (5 bedroomed, 3 bath, huge living/ kitchen area with separate living room) and is very spacious, hence why we are renting out the spare rooms!
